Adults and children aged 15 years and older:
The usual dose is 5,0 mL to 10,0 mL 3 times a day; no more than 30 mL per day.
Children aged 6 to less than 15 years:
The usual dose is 2,5 mL to 5,0 mL 3 times a day; no more than 15 mL per day.
Children aged 3 to less than 6 years:
The usual dose is 2,5 mL 3 times a day; no more than 7,5 mL per day.
